At Drift HQ, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part doesn't meet your expectations or fit your build, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
